REFURBISHED ATTACHMENTS

During this difficult economic period, reconditioning your existing equipment is the solution to cut down on handling equipment costs.

Whatever the type, model or manufacturer, when you think the time has come to replace your attachments, refurbishing is THE SOLUTION.

Before putting our name on a refurbished unit, we put it through a very strict reconditioning process, which ensures it's been restored to its original technical specifications, consisting of:

• Complete unmounting of the clamp : base, arms, cylinders …

• Sandblasting of all the steel components.

• Unmounting and reconditioning of the rotator.

• Replacing the bearings of the arms and the hydraulic cylinders.

• Replacing the seals in the hydraulic cylinders and in the hydraulic valves.

• Replacing the roller bearings, the seals and the oil in the drive unit.

• Magnetoscopic inspection of every weld and repair of detected cracks.

• Replacing the seals in the revolving connection.

• Repair of the clamping plates' hinges.

• Installation of new hoses and fittings.

• Applying primer and industrial paint on the clamp, according to the chosen color (more than 200 colors available).

• Re-assembling the clamp and pressure testing.

All refurbished units are delivered with a certificate from an independent inspection firm, certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB), stating that the clamp has been through a magnetoscopic inspection, that all cracks (if any) detected during the inspection were repaired and that all the welds on the clamp are in accordance to the CSA W59-03 norm and to the manufacturer's technical standards.

Every refurbished clamp comes with a 6 month warranty on parts and labour, without limitation to the hours of operation.
