REFURBISHING OF CLAMPING PLATES

With today's fast-paced handling operations, your clamping plates will let you down long before the actual clamp does. Next time, before ordering new clamping plates, contact us to get a price for refurbishing your used plates. For a fraction of the price of new plates, we will sandblast your existing plates, vulcanize new rubber on them, groove a pattern in the rubber (if required) and repaint them. We also offer already rebuilt clamping plates and take damaged ones as trade-in.

VACUUM HANDLING SYSTEMS

Since 1984, when the first of these vacuum clamps were produced, our side vacuum handling systems have been under continuous development. Today, we offer technically superior clamps that are easy to operate, easy to maintain and that perform handling operations with accrued efficiency and precision.

This handling method was originally developed to answer the needs of the paper rolls' logistic chain. Flexibility and gentle handling were then combined to keep the rolls damage free and never out-of-round. Whether you are handling paper rolls, steel pipes or steel drums, the vacuum clamp will always prove to be highly reliable, and will let you perform handling operations faster.

Easier, therefore faster pick-up and release, tighter stowing (30%less stowing space needed), reduction of damages. All these factors aiming one goal: considerable savings for our customers. Our vacuum clamps are offered in different models (single, single rotating (360º), double) with a lift capacity of up to 11,000 lbs.
